Quotes and Estimation
With a free plan estimation service, we will take off materials required for your pre-nailed frames and trusses including any beams and additional materials.

Please note that our standard turnaround time is 10-15 working days.

Buildable truss layout & PS1 Certification
We offer a buildable layout and PS1 certification service.
PS1 certification is required by local council when applying for building consent. As a licensed truss fabricator, we can provide the homeowner, builder, architect, or designer with a truss PS1 for inclusion with their building consent application. Then when the time comes, we can also manufacture the trusses allowing for a more seamless detailing process. A fee and lead time does apply.

Deliveries
At Wiri Timber we can deliver your materials and building supplies to you with our fleet of modern, specifically designed vehicles:
6-Wheel and 8-Wheeler flat deck trucks with rear-mounted cranes, will lift and place your product on site.
Our tip truck is an excellent option for smaller deliveries, narrow access points, or difficult driveways.
Additionally, if your job has site-specific cartage requirements, we will work alongside you to discuss and organise contracting the right vehicle for the job, offering you piece of mind and a safe, smooth delivery.
Manufactured Flitch Beams
The Flitch Beam is a composite beam formed with a steel plate sandwiched between structural timber. At Wiri Timber we manufacture these engineered timber beams on site.
Pryda Flitch Beams are suitable for beams and lintels and can be manufactured in various sizes, thicknesses, and lengths. The Flitch beam can be adapted to suit any span or continuous beam application as the product is custom-made.
Pryda Floor Truss Systems
We can design and manufacture Pryda Floor Truss Systems. These offer many benefits to the designer, the builder, and the building owner in providing a reliable high-performance system for both domestic and commercial construction.
The Pryda fully engineered open-web timber floor truss systems with timber webs (Pryda Longreach) or metal webs (Pryda Span) have many advantages that result in a lower net installed cost compared to other floor systems that are available.
Pryda floor trusses are custom-designed for the job by our in-house detailing team. The design incorporates required stiffness, depth, timber grades and span to achieve optimal performance, cost, and installation efficiency.
